This notice explains how Super InfraWorks Holdings, Inc. (“Super InfraWorks”, “we”) collects and uses personal information through superinfraworks.com and related forms. It does not cover the customer portal or field app, which have their own terms.
Information we collect
- Contact and workforce-request details you submit: name, email, phone, company, title, location and the requirements you describe.
- Job-application details: name, contact information, location, desired role, experience, certifications, travel preference and veteran status (voluntary).
- Campaign parameters (UTM tags) present in the URL when you submit a form, so we know which channels are useful.
- Privacy-respecting usage analytics (pages viewed, button clicks) through our analytics provider.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and fulfill workforce requests.
- To evaluate applications and contact candidates about current and future roles.
- To operate, secure and improve the website.
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf and where required by law.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to manage the relationship. Applicant records are kept in line with applicable employment-record rules.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@superinfraworks.com. Residents of certain states may have additional rights, which we will honor as required.
