Division 02 · Data Center Field Services

Everything that happens inside the white space.

Data-center work is unforgiving: tight change windows, strict access rules, labeling standards, and no tolerance for a mis-patched port. Our data-center field services teams are trained on hyperscale, colocation and enterprise standards and operate under your method of procedure.

FAQ

Common questions

Do you work to our standards or yours?

Yours. We onboard to your labeling conventions, cable-management standards, MOP templates and change-control process. Where a customer has no standard, we apply the Super InfraWorks installation standard, which follows TIA-568 and BICSI practice.

Can you support AI and high-density deployments?

Yes. Our rack-deployment crews routinely install high-density GPU racks, including heavy-rack handling, rear-door and liquid-cooling interfaces coordinated with mechanical trades, and high-count fiber fabrics.

How do you handle site access and escorts?

Access requirements live on each site record. Dispatch only assigns technicians who hold the required customer badge or credential, and escort requirements are built into scheduling.

Can we buy smart hands without a long-term contract?

Yes. Basic-tier smart hands can be purchased per incident against a standard rate card. Most customers move to a Priority or Critical agreement once volumes justify guaranteed response times.
