How do you price a project?
From your drawings, quantities and schedule, we build a labor-and-materials estimate using productivity data from thousands of comparable jobs. You receive a priced proposal with assumptions, exclusions and a staffing plan.
How are change orders handled?
Our field leads capture change conditions with photos and notes the day they appear. Each change is estimated, submitted for your approval in the portal and only then authorized — so nothing surprises you at billing.
Will we see progress in real time?
Yes. Every project has a live dashboard in the customer portal with completion, schedule, labor, safety and budget status, plus daily field reports.
Do you self-perform?
Yes. Our own W-2 crews self-perform the large majority of every scope. Where specialty trades are required, we use prequalified subcontractors held to our safety, insurance and documentation standards.
