Safety culture
Everyone goes home. Every shift.
Speed means nothing if someone gets hurt. Safety is measured, reported and owned at every level — from the newest trainee to the executive team.

Our commitment
A TRIR of 0.50 or lower — published, not promised
We calculate total recordable incident rate the standard way — recordable incidents × 200,000 ÷ hours worked — from actual time entries on self-performed work. We report it alongside lost-time incident rate and near-miss ratio, by region and by customer.
Customers see their own safety record in quarterly scorecards. Leadership reviews the company dashboard weekly. A rising near-miss ratio is treated as a warning, not a statistic.
Programs
How safety runs in the field
Toolbox talks
Every crew, every shift. Topic, presenter and attendee signatures logged against the project.
Safety observations
Safe and at-risk observations — PPE, ladders, electrical, lifting, LOTO, fall protection — captured from the field app with photos.
Incident & near-miss reporting
Injuries, property damage, near misses and violations reported in minutes and routed into investigation workflows.
Corrective actions
Root cause, owner and due date for every finding, verified before closure.
Training & credentials
OSHA 10/30, NFPA 70E, aerial lift and site-specific training tracked with expiry reminders — expired credentials block deployment.
Stop-work authority
Every worker, regardless of level, is expected to stop work they believe is unsafe — without penalty.
On your site
Your rules travel with every worker
- Deployment packets include PPE, site safety requirements and customer rules — acknowledged before day one
- Site-specific orientation and badging completed before the first shift
- Heat-illness, cold-stress and fatigue plans for extreme climates and long rotations
- Supervisors receive real-time safety alerts for their crews
- Subcontractors are held to the same standards — insurance, EMR and safety programs verified
