Division 05 · Super InfraWorks Academy
We don’t just find the workforce. We build it.
The infrastructure labor shortage won’t be solved by recruiting the same technicians away from each other. The Academy trains new entrants — veterans, trade-school and community-college students, career changers, displaced workers — and upskills existing tradespeople into data-center, fiber and low-voltage roles.
A deeper bench of job-ready technicians for our customers, and a real career ladder for the people we train.

No. Foundation programs like Data Center Fundamentals and Jobsite Readiness assume no prior experience. Advanced programs list their prerequisites.
Is training paid?
Apprentices and new hires in Academy cohorts are paid while they train. Public open-enrollment programs are tuition-based, and many qualify for workforce-board or veterans funding.
Can you train our in-house technicians?
Yes. Customers buy private cohorts, certification prep, site-readiness boot camps and supervisor training through the Academy marketplace.
Where are the campuses?
Academy labs operate at several regional hubs, including Irving, TX and Sterling, VA, with mobile training rigs that deploy to customer sites.
